PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE Waterfront Botanical Gardens – Cleanup Grant Proposal The Environmental Protection Agency's Office of Brownfields and Land Revitalization is currently accepting proposals for FY2026 Cleanup Grants. Waterfront Botanical Gardens intends to submit a proposal for the continued transformation of the former landfill site at 1435 Frankfort Avenue, Louisville, KY 40206 into a public greenspace. A public meeting will be held to discuss the project and review the Analysis of Brownfields Cleanup Alternatives (ABCA): Date: Monday, December 29, 2025 at 6:00 PM Location: Graeser Family Education Center, Waterfront Botanical Gardens, 1435 Frankfort Avenue, Louisville, KY 40206 The ABCA document will be available for review at the meeting and online at waterfrontgardens.org beginning December 29.
