In order to legalize existing patios, front entrance and driveway, the following variance is required: The maximum permitted gross land coverage per Section 355-26 C (1) (b) of the Town Code is 9,470 sq. ft., where 10,320.58 sq. ft. are provided requiring a variance of 850.58 sq. ft.
