TAKE NOTICE that on the 12th day of January, 2026, at 7:30 P.M., a hearing will be held before the Township of Nutley Zoning Board of Adjustment, at which time the Board will hear the application of the undersigned for a variance or other relief to widen the existing driveway to 16 feet, which reduces the front yard coverage, on the premises located at 3 Union Avenue, Township of Nutley, Essex County, New Jersey, and designated as Block 9407, Lot 12 on the Township of Nutley Zoning Map.
Any interested person may appear, either in person or by agent or attorney, to object to the granting of the application. Documents and plans regarding the application may be inspected at the Building Department, 1 Kennedy Drive, Nutley, New Jersey, during regular business hours on any day prior to the hearing date.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that formal action may be taken.
