PUBLIC NOTICE BLASTING ACTIVITIES PRESCOTT QUARRY SMP No. 7674SM1C5 Pennsy Supply, Inc. is the owner and operator of the Prescott Quarry located in South Lebanon Township, Lebanon County. The quarry is located on Prescott Road, 1/2 mile south of Route 422. Pennsy Supply, Inc. is hereby notifying the community of the quarry's blasting schedule. The quarry will be conducting blasting activities Monday through Saturday between the hours of 8:00 AM & 5:00 PM. Quarry personnel will block all access to the blasting area. Radio contact is used to relay warnings and all clear signals before and after blasting activities. The warning signal will be audible above the surrounding noise level and be as follows: 5 minutes before detonation (1) signal lasting 30 seconds, starting 1 minute before detonation (3) signals lasting 12 seconds each will be sounded. An "ALL CLEAR" signal, lasting 10 seconds will be sounded. In the event of rainfall, lightning or any other unusual event, a schedule change may occur. November 17 2025 LSOM0407253
