BOROUGH OF CLEMENTON
JOINT LAND USE PLANNING & ZONING BOARD
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on June 11, 2026 at 6:30 pm, a public hearing will be held before the Borough of Clementon Joint Land Use Planning & Zoning Board, at the Borough of Clementon Municipal Building, located at 101 Gibbsboro Road, Clementon, New Jersey 08021, regarding the application of Stephen Rizzo, Inc. for major subdivision approval with regard to the property located at 152 Ohio Avenue, Clementon, New Jersey, which property is identified on the Borough of Clementon Tax Map as Block 54, Lot 3.01. The Applicant seeks major subdivision approval along with any and all other necessary site plan approval, variances, waivers and land development approvals permitting the major subdivision of the property so that it contains seven (7) separate tax lots, upon which the Applicant proposes the construction of three (3) structures housing a total of six (6) town homes along with retaining a remainder lot. The Applicant will request any and all submission and design waivers and/or exceptions as well as any and all other variances, waivers and/or land use approvals that may be required in connection with the Applicant's proposal.
The application and all submitted plans and supporting materials may be reviewed at the office of the Secretary of the Planning/Zoning Board located at 101 Gibbsboro Road, Clementon, New Jersey 08021 during regular business hours. Interested parties may appear at the Joint Land Use Planning & Zoning Board hearing and testify before the Board and/or question the Applicant and the Applicant's representatives. The Joint Land Use Planning & Zoning Board may continue or adjourn the application, and you are advised to contact the Joint Land Use Planning & Zoning Board Secretary at the Municipal Building in order to confirm the date and time of the hearing.
