PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
That Farmingdale Realty LLC applied to the Borough of Farmingdale Planning Board for minor subdivision and variance approval to subdivide the existing lot 9 into 2 new proposed lots and construct single-family homes on each lot. The property is located at 17 Chestnut Street also known as Block 24, Lot 9. Specifically, the Applicant sought minor subdivision and variance approval for lot width.
This application was heard by the Borough of Farmingdale Planning Board at a public meeting on December 22, 2025 where the application was granted under Resolution No. 2025-05. The Borough of Farmingdale Planning Board adopted the Resolution granting this approval at a public meeting held on March 3, 2026.
