Be advised that the following application will be heard at the Harrington Park Board of Adjustment meeting at 7:00 PM on June 22, 2026 at the Borough Hall, 85 Harriot Avenue, Harrington Park, NJ.
Charles Anders, 560 Lynn Street (Block 202, Lot 12) Harrington Park, New Jersey, seeks a variance for constructing a front porch. As per Harrington Park Code 350-10 E(1). The front porch will encroach on the front yard setback by approximately 7 inches.
The applicant may also request any additional approvals, variances, waivers, exceptions, or any other relief, which may be deemed necessary upon review of the application by the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
