Applicant also seeks a d5 density variance along with bulk variances for lot area, lot width, and side yard setback. This property is located in the LC Zone at 8103 Long Beach Boulevard, Long Beach, NJ 08008, also known as Block 81, Lots 1 & 12 as shown on the official tax map of the Borough of Harvey Cedars. The Applicant seeks the following variances and/or design waivers for relief from the following requirements: Lot area 4,500 sq. ft. proposed, whereas 5,000 sq. ft. required; lot width 45' proposed, whereas 50' required; side yard setback 9' proposed, whereas 10' required; The applicant may seek additional variances and/or waivers and exceptions or interpretations as required by law or the Borough of Harvey Cedars Land Use Board including but not limited for re-approval and/or reaffirmation of any and all other relief that may have been granted in any prior applications. This application will be heard by the Borough of Harvey Cedars Land Use Board at a public meeting on March 19, 2026 in the Municipal Building at 7606 Long Beach Boulevard, Harvey Cedars, New Jersey.
