PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
That Darrell Falkinburg has applied to Brick Township Zoning Board of Adjustment for plot plan/ bulk variance approval to construct a second story addition along with an extension of the current bulkhead and screened in porch. Applicant also seeks to construct a deck with stairs and landing. This property is located in the R-7.5 zone at 324 Tuscaloosa Lane, Brick Township, NJ 08724, also known as Block 901, Lot 12 as shown on the official tax map of Brick Township.
The Applicant seeks the following variances and/or design waivers for relief from the following requirements:
Side setback (pool) 4.8' existing/proposed, whereas 5' required; rear setback (patio) 7.4' proposed, whereas 15' required; rear setback (pool) 11.3' proposed, whereas 15' required; rear setback (spa) 10.4' proposed, whereas 15' required;
The applicant may seek additional variances and/or waivers and exceptions or interpretations as required by law or Brick Township Zoning Board of Adjustment including but not limited for re-approval and/or reaffirmation of any and all other relief that may have been granted in any prior applications.
This application will be heard by Brick Township Zoning Board of Adjustment at a public meeting on April 8, 2026 in the Council Chambers at 401 Chambers Bridge Road, Brick, New Jersey. The meeting will commence at 7:00 P.M. at which time you may appear either in person or by an attorney and present any objection or questions you may have to the granting of this application. The application and supporting documents of this application are on file with the Zoning Board of Adjustment Secretary and are available for inspection between the hours of 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday - Friday at the office of the Secretary at the Municipal Building 401 Chambers Bridge Road, Brick, NJ.
