This property is located in the R-7.5 zone at 486 Colorado Avenue West, Brick Township, NJ 08724, also known as Block 1398.23, Lot 119 as shown on the official tax map of Brick Township. The Applicant seeks the following variances and/or design waivers for relief from the following requirements: Front yard setback of 25' required, whereas 13.2' proposed.
