Public Notice- Building Dept. Code Amendment LEGAL NOTICEL: TOWN OF PLATTEKILL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PROPOSED LOCAL LAW AMENDING LOCAL LAW NO. 1 OF 2007 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Plat-tekill will hold a Public Hearing on June 17, 2026 at 7:00PM at the Town Hall, regarding a proposed Local Law amending Local Law No. 1 of 2007 relating to updates to the Town of Plattekill Building Department codes and regulations. The purpose of the proposed amendment is to update and revise provisions of the Town's Building Department regula-tions to ensure consistency with current New York State codes, administrative procedures, enforcement provisions, and opera-tional practices. A copy of the proposed Local Law is available for public inspection at the Town Clerk's Office. All persons interested in the matter shall be heard at the time and place aforesaid.
