PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE UNDERSIGNED HAS MADE APPLICATION TO THE PLANNING BOARD OF THE TOWNSHIP OF CINNAMINSON FOR A SUBDIVISION OF LAND FOR THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, WHICH IS LOCATED AT THE 2328 RIVERTON ROAD, CINNAMISNON NJ AND IS DESIGNATED AS BLOCK 2404,LOT 40 ON THE TOWNSHIP TAX MAP.
AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION,THEUNDERSIGNED HAS NOT IDENTIFIED ANY DEVIATIONS FROM THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE TOWNSHIP ORDINANCES;HOWEVER,MAY SEEK SUCH OTHER VARIANCES,WAIVERS,OR APPROVALS THAT MAY BE DEEMED NECESSARY BY THE BOARD OR ITS PROFESSIONALS DURING THE COURSE OF THE REVIEW.
A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE APPLICATION WILL BE HELD BEFORE THE PLANNING BOARD ON TUESDAY FEBRUARY 10TH, 2026 AT 6:30PM OR AS SOON THEREAFTER AS THE MATTER MAY BE HEARD,AT THE CINNAMINSON TOWNSHIP MUNICIPAL BUILDING, 1621 RIVERTON ROAD CINNAMINSON,NJ.
WHEN THE APPLICATION IS CALLED FOR HEARING,ANY INTERESTED PARTY WILL HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO APPEAR AND BE HEARD IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RULES AND PROCEDURES OF THE ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT AND THE PROVISIONS OF THE NEW JERSEY MUNICIPAL LAND USE LAW.PARTICIPANTS MAY OFFER TESTIMONY,PRESENT EVIDENCE,AND OTHERWISE EXCERSISE THEIR RIGHTS UNDER THE LAW.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS NOTICE SERVES AS A CONTINUING NOTICE,MEANING THAT THE HEARING IS POSTPONED OR ADJOURNED TO ANOTHER DATE,NO FURTHER WRITTEN NOTICE WILL BE PROVIDED. THE NEW HEARING DATE WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT THE ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED MEETING.
