ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of this suit is to sell a certain parcel of real property being originally owned by Buddie Lee Jackson, Jr. a/k/a Lee Jackson, known as 521 Virginia Avenue, Petersburg, Virginia 23803, Parcel ID # 044-040010 (the "Property"), which is more particularly described as follows: That Certain lot or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the City of Petersburg, Virginia, on the north side of Virginia Avenue, fronting thereon 27 feet, more or less, and running back between parallel lines 125 feet, more or less, being a part of Lot #337 on a plat of The Heights, of record in the Clerk's Office of the Hustings Court of the City of Petersburg, Virginia. That there might be a person or persons, including Parties Unknown, and the Unknown heirs, descendants, devisees, assigns, and/or successors in title to William H. Robinson, Buddie Lee Jackson, Jr. a/k/a Lee Jackson, Gertrude Louise Jackson a/k/a Gertrude Louise Franklin, Rebecca R. Coarse a/k/a Rebecca R. Robinson, Junius Oneal Robinson, Beatrice J. Robinson, Charles A. Robinson, George D. Robinson, Ida Irene Davis a/k/a Ida Irene Robinson, Laura Louise Jones a/k/a Laura Louise Robinson, William Thomas Robinson, Ruby Robinson Pate a/k/a Ruby Doris Robinson, and E. Jackson, if there be any whose names are unknown to Plaintiffs and who have or might claim to have an interest in the Property. Affidavit having been made and filed that due diligence has been used without effect to ascertain the identities and/or locations of certain parties to be served, and that there are or may be persons whose names are unknown, interested in the subject matter of this suit; It is ORDERED that Unknow Heirs of Buddie Lee Jackson, Jr. a/k/a Lee Jackson, et al., if then living or if dead, their heirs, devisees, assigns, or successors in title, and other unknown heirs or parties who have an interest in the subject matter of this suit, who are proceeded against as UNKNOWN HEIRS OF Buddie Lee Jackson, Jr. a/k/a Lee Jackson, et. al., and PARTIES UNKNOWN, appear before Court on or before February 19, 2026 to protect their interests, if any, in this suit.
