PUBLIC NOTICE COUNTY OF BEAVER SCHEDULE OF PUBLIC MEETINGS FOR 2026 Notice is hereby given that the Beaver County Commissioners, Beaver County Retirement Board, Beaver County Prison Board, Beaver County Salary Board, Beaver County Board of Assessment Appeals, Planning Commission, Conservation District, Redevelopment Authority and Beaver County Agricultural Land Preservation Board will publicly meet as scheduled: Board of Commissioners' Work Session: Every Wednesday as needed, 10:00am in the Beaver County Commissioners' Public Meeting Room, Beaver County Courthouse, Beaver PA. Board of Commissioners' Bid Opening Meeting: The First Tuesday after bids are due, 9:00am in the Beaver County Commissioners' Public Meeting Room, Beaver County Courthouse, Beaver PA. Board of Commissioners' Public Meeting: Second and Fourth Thursday of every month at 10:00am in the Beaver County Commissioners' Public Meeting Room, Beaver County Courthouse, Beaver PA. Retirement Board: Fourth Monday of January, March, April, August, and October at 10:30am. The May meeting will be held Monday, May 18, 2026 at 10:30am. The November meeting will be held on Monday, November 16, 2026 at 10:30am. All meetings will be held in the Beaver County Commissioners' Public Meeting Room, Beaver County Courthouse, Beaver PA. Prison Board: Fourth Thursday of every month, 1:00pm, rotating quarterly between the Courthouse and the Beaver County Jail. Meetings at the Jail will be January, April, July and October; all others will be in the Commissioners Public Meeting Room at the Beaver County Courthouse, Beaver, PA. Salary Board Work Session: Second Tuesday of January, March, May, July, September and November at 10:00am in the Beaver County Commissioners' Public Meeting Room, Beaver County Courthouse, Beaver PA. Salary Board: Third Tuesday of January, March, May, July, September and November at 10:00am and third Wednesday of February, April, June, August, October, and December at 9:30am in the Beaver County Commissioners' Public Meeting Room, Beaver County Courthouse, Beaver PA. Board of Assessment Appeals: Third Thursday of every month 10:00am in the Beaver County Commissioners' Conference Room, Beaver County Courthouse, Beaver PA. Conservation District: Second Friday of every month at 10:00am, held at the Beaver County Conservation District Environmental Center, 156 Cowpath Road, Aliquippa, PA. Beaver County Planning Commission: Third Tuesday of each month at 12:30pm, in the office of the Beaver County Office of Planning and Redevelopment, located in the Beaver County Courthouse, Beaver, PA. Redevelopment Authority of Beaver County: Third Wednesday of each month at 12:00pm in the office of the Beaver County Office of Planning and Redevelopment, located in the Beaver County Courthouse, Beaver, PA. Beaver County Agricultural Land Preservation Board: Third Wednesday of each month at 7:00pm in the Planning Commission Conference Room located in the Beaver County Courthouse, Beaver, PA. There will be no meetings in May, July or November. This notice, a duplicate copy of which is placed on the Courthouse bulletin board is effective January 1, 2026 and is given in full compliance with provisions of Act 84 of 1996, commonly referred to as the "Sunshine Law".
