PUBLIC NOTICE FOR BIDS Public Notice for Bids Washington Township, Stark County, Ohio, is inviting competitive proposals from qualified vendors for the supply of Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) equipment for its Volunteer Fire Department. This procurement is made possible through funding from the FEMA Assistance to Firefighters Grant (AFG) Program and complies with all related program guidelines.
