Public Notice for Variance Request in Verona Notice Take Notice that an application has been made to the Verona Zoning Board of Adjustment by ROBERT LOUIS o/b/o PALMETTO VENUES for 546 Bloomfield Avenue a/k/a 10 Park Place, Verona, New Jersey, Block # 1703 Lot # 68 in zone TC. The applicant is seeking permission to CONTINUE OPERATION AS AN EVENT SPACE, AS SAID USE WAS PREVIOUSLY APPROVED ON AUGUST 10, 2023; AS WELL AS TO EXTEND SIGNAGE; AND FOR DETERMINATION AS TO WHETHER VERONA CODE CHAPTER 133-12 IS APPLICABLE TO THE BUSINESS. APPLICANT SEEKS VARIANCE FROM §150-17.14; EXTENSION OF SIGNAGE APPROVED UNDER PERMIT #2024-163; AND DETERMINATION AS TO APPLICABILITY OF §133-12. The applicant may also seek any such other variances and waivers that may be required, deemed necessary or requested by the Board with this application. The application has been put on the secretary's calendar and a hearing is scheduled to be held on OCTOBER 2, 2025 at 7:30pm in the Ball Room of the Verona Community Center located at 880 Bloomfield Avenue. At said hearing, or any adjourned date of the same, you may appear either in person or by counsel and present any objection that you may have to the granting of this application.
