Public Notice - Frankford Township Land Use NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned has made application to the Land Use Board of the Township of Frankford, County of Sussex, New Jersey regarding property known as Block 20, Lot 1 for a) preliminary and final site plan approval, for b) a "D" variance to allow the use of professional office space in the AR – Agricultural Residential District and c) for "C" variances, to include but not be limited to lot depth requirements, minimums for front and rear yards, lot coverage minimum, and lot frontage minimums, and to allow the use for 0.323 acres total lot size where 5 acres is the current minimum lot size under the Township of Frankford Ordinance. In addition, applicant will request such variances, waivers, permits, approvals or licenses that are deemed necessary or appropriate by the applicant or the Board. This application is now on the calendar for the Land Use Board, Township of Frankford, and a public hearing has been set for April 8, 2026 at the Township of Frankford Municipal Building, 151 US Highway 206, Augusta, New Jersey 07822, at 7:00 p.m. When the case is called, you may appear either in person or by attorney to present any evidence which you may have regarding the application.
