PUBLIC NOTICE HILLSDALE PLANNING BOARD PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Hillsdale Planning Board on January 27, 2026, at 7:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers of the Borough Hall, 380 Hillsdale Avenue, Hillsdale, New Jersey, at which time and place the Planning Board will consider the following application: Applicant: Anyelo A. Taveras Estrella & Leymiy Pujols Property Location: 314 Saint Mary Street, Hillsdale, NJ 07642 Block: 2101 Lot: 28 Zone: R-3 Application: The applicant seeks approval for fence height and fence openness variances pursuant to Sections 310-56B (Fence Height) and 310-56B (Fence Openness) of the Borough Code. The proposal consists of a 6-foot-high privacy fence along the northern, eastern, and southern property lines.
