PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
That Patrick Gravino has applied to Lacey Township Planning Board for preliminary and final major subdivision with variance approval to subdivide/ readjust the lot lines between existing Block 1187, Lots 39-42; Block 1188, Lots 21-29; & Block 1189, Lots 7-28 that will result in/ create 10 new lots (proposed as Block 1187, Lot 39.01, Block 1188, Lots 21.01, 23.01, 27.01, and Block 1189 Lot 7.01, 11.01, 14.01, 18.01, 22.01 & 25.01). This property is located in the R-75 Zone at Bullard Avenue, Lacey Township, NJ 08731, as shown on the official tax map of Lacey Township. Applicant also seeks to improve Bullard Avenue which is currently a paper street from Jay Street to Earie Way.
The Applicant seeks the following variances and/or design waivers for relief from the following requirements:
Proposed new Block 1187, Lot 39.01: lot width 63' proposed, whereas 75' required;
Design waivers: no curbing and sidewalk or street trees proposed;
Applicant seeks variance approval to allow the construction of a single-family home on Block 1187, Lot 39.01. The single-family home will be full confirming to the R-75 Zone criteria but is deficient in lot width.
Applicant shall rely upon and incorporate the area of the recent street vacation of a portion of Iona Street under ordinance 2026-05 adopted on March 26, 2026.
The applicant may seek additional variances and/or waivers and exceptions or interpretations as required by law or Lacey Township Planning Board including but not limited for re-approval and/or reaffirmation of any and all other relief that may have been granted in any prior applications.
This application will be heard by Lacey Township Planning Board at a public meeting on June 8, 2026 in the Committee Chambers at the Municipal Building, 818 W. Lacey Road, Forked River, New Jersey. The meeting will commence at 6:30 P.M. at which time you may appear either in person or by an attorney and present any objection or questions you may have to the granting of this application. The application and supporting documents of this application are on file with the Planning Board Secretary (Office of Community Development) located at 124 South Main Street, Forked River, NJ and may be inspected by you during regular business hours, Monday through Friday 8:30am-12:30pm and 1:30pm-4:30pm..
