PUBLIC NOTICE LOUISIANA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY (LDEQ) CLOUD CONNECTOR LLC CLOUD CONNECTOR THIBODAUX COMPRESSOR STATION ADMINISTRATIVE COMPLETENESS DETERMINATION The LDEQ, Office of Environmental Services, has reviewed an initial Title V air permit from Cloud Connector LLC - Cloud Connector Thibodaux Compressor Station, 1401 McKinney St Ste 2600, Houston, TX 77010 for the Cloud Connector Thibodaux Compressor Station and determined that it is administratively complete. The application was received on June 24, 2026. The facility is located at W Thibodaux Bypass Rd in Thibodaux, Lafourche Parish. Cloud Connector LLC - Cloud Connector Thibodaux Compressor Station proposes to apply for an initial Title V air permit. This permit is to be processed as an expedited permit in accordance with LAC 33:1.Chapter 18.
