LEGAL NOTICE: In this case it is made to appear to the Court by the affidavit of Plaintiff through Counsel that BROWN MANAGEMENT COMPANY, LLC; C & C MANAGEMENT COMPANY, LLC; ROBERT BROWN, AS AN INDIVIDUAL; ROBERT BROWN IN HIS CAPACITY SERVING AS A REGISTERED AGENT IN THE STATE OF ALABAMA OF BROWN MANAGEMENT COMPANY, LLC; ROBERT BROWN IN HIS CAPACITY SERVING AS A REGISTERED AGENT IN THE STATE OF ALABAMA OF C & C MANAGEMENT COMPANY, LLC; NICHOLAS CHILDRESS, AS AN INDIVIDUAL; NICHOLAS CHILDRESS IN HIS CAPACITY AS PRESIDENT OF C & C MANAGEMENT COMPANY, LLC; and ANNIE LOIS BROWN HAVE CONCEALED THEMSELVES SO THAT PROCESS CANNOT BE SERVED UPON THEM.
