PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY DIX AREA- DRAFT RESOURCE CONSERVATION AND RECOVERY ACT PART B HAZARDOUS WASTE PERMIT RENEWAL JOINT BASE MCGUIRE-DIX-LAKEHURST, NEW JERSEY Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JBMDL), Dix Area, is initiating the renewal of its Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Part B Hazardous Waste Permit, pursuant to Hazardous Waste Permit No. HWP15001 with the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Bureau of Recycling and Hazardous Waste Management. The permit renewal is for continued, on-going hazardous waste storage and processing operations at Building 8131 located within the Dix Area of JBMDL.
