Basic service from 3 Rivers Telephone Cooperative Inc. includes: o Voice grade access to the public switched network o Access to emergency services (including 911/E911) o Access to operator services, interexchange carriers, and directory assistance o Toll-free calling to United States, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Canada, if selected. 3 Rivers Telephone Cooperative Inc. offers basic service to all customers in our serving territory. Our monthly rates for residential and business basic services are listed below. Low-income individuals may be eligible for Lifeline and Link-up telephone assistance programs, which provide discounts on basic telephone service. (Link-up is available on tribal lands only). Customers may only receive one Lifeline discount per household.
