Public Notice of Construction Activity

Public Notice of Construction Activity M/I Homes of Indiana, LP (8425 Woodfield Crossing Blvd, suite 100, Indianapolis, IN 46240) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of the Construction General Stormwater Permit to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with the Montclaire-Section 1 project located on the east side of Little Chicago Road between Promenade of Noblesville Pkwy and Planer Drive in Noblesville, Indiana, and is scheduled to commence October 2025. Runoff from the project site will discharge to the south to Sly Run Regulated Drain.
