PUBLIC NOTICE OF FILING AN APPLICATION FOR AN APPLICATION DISCHARGE PERMIT This is a notice that Schlumberger Oilfield Services has filed an application on April 9, 2026 for a discharge permit for municipal/domestic wastewater from a facility located at 509 W. Hensley Blvd, Bartlesville, OK 74003. The discharge point(s) is/are located at the same location as the facility to the City of Bartlesville sanitary sewer collection system.
