PUBLIC NOTICE OF HEARING BEFORE THE TOWN OF SECAUCUS ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Monday, December 8, at 7:00 p.m., the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Town of Secaucus will hold a public hearing at the Town of Secaucus, 1203 Paterson Plank Road, Secaucus, to consider an application by Philip Seyfried (Applicant), for a variance application approval for the property located at 706 5th Street, Secaucus, New Jersey, also known as Block 83, Lot 7, on the Town of Secaucus Tax Map. The Property is located within the TRA "Residential Zone A" Zone. Applicant proposes a residential renovation and addition to the existing structure. Therefore, a variance is necessary.
