PUBLIC NOTICE OF HEARING
JOINT LAND USE BOARD OF THE TOWNSHIP OF HAINESPORT
Please take notice that a public hearing will be conducted before the Joint Land Use Board of the Township of Hainesport at the Hainesport Township Municipal Building, 1 Hainesport Centre, Hainesport, New Jersey on Thursday, the 4th day of June, 2026 at 6:30 P.M. This notice is being published in accordance with the requirements of the Municipal Land Use Laws of the State of New Jersey and the requirements of the Joint Land Use Board of the Township of Hainesport. You are not required to appear at this hearing. However, at that time and place, all interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard.
The subject property is identified as Block 114, Lot 6, also known as 2319 Fostertown Road (CR 636) Hainesport, NJ 08036. The applicant and owner of the property is Cramer Family Farm, LLC.
Applicant will request bulk variance approval. Applicant will also request any and all required variances (either bulk or use) from the requirements of the Code of the Township of Hainesport. Other variances from any and all other requirements that are applicable may be requested, as well as appropriate and necessary waivers of requirements. Such other necessary variances or waivers, as may be required for any of the aforesaid requests, may also be requested without any further notification to the public.
A copy of the application and corresponding documents are on file at the office of the Hainesport Joint Land Use Board, Zoning Office in the Hainesport Municipal Building, 1 Hainesport Centre, Hainesport, New Jersey and may be inspected by any members of the public, in that office by all interested parties, from Monday to Friday during regular business hours.
Further take notice, that the said Joint Land Use Board may, at its discretion, adjourn, postpone, or continue the said hearing from time to time, without any further notice to you, and you are hereby notified that you should make diligent inquiry of the Hainesport Joint Land Use Board concerning such adjournments, postponements or continuations.
