PUBLIC NOTICE OF HEARING BEFORE THE TOWN OF SECAUCUS ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Monday, January 12, at 7:00 p.m., the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Town of Secaucus will hold a public hearing at the Town of Secaucus, 1203 Paterson Plank Road, Secaucus, to consider an application by Janine Hegel (Applicant), for a variance application approval for the property located at 111 Huber Street, Secaucus, New Jersey, also known as Block 179, Lot 35, on the Town of Secaucus Tax Map. The Property is located within the TRA Zone. Applicant proposes to construct a 1 story addition to the existing two-story single-family dwelling, resulting in a total of 3 stories with an average height of 29' 6".
