PUBLIC NOTICE OF HEARING
BEFORE THE TOWN OF SECAUCUS ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Monday, January 12, at 7:00 p.m., the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Town of Secaucus will hold a public hearing at the Town of Secaucus, 1203 Paterson Plank Road, Secaucus, to consider an application by Janine Hegel (Applicant), for a variance application approval for the property located at 111 Huber Street, Secaucus, New Jersey, also known as Block 179, Lot 35, on the Town of Secaucus Tax Map. The Property is located within the TRA Zone.
Applicant proposes to construct a 1 story addition to the existing two-story single-family dwelling, resulting in a total of 3 stories with an average height of 29' 6". Therefore, a variance is necessary.
Applicant's proposed was denied for the following reasons: Expanding a non-conforming structure. Existing insufficient: Min. Lot Area: Art 111, Section 135-7.1 Par. A. (1). Min. Lot Width: ART 111, Section 135-7.1 PAR. A (2). Lot Area Per Dwelling: ART 111, Section 135-7.1 Par A. (10). Max Lot Coverage: ART 111, Section 135-7.1 Par. A. (8). Insufficient: Max. Building Height /Number of Stories: ART 111, Section 135-7.1 Par. A. (3).
The application and al supporting maps, site plans and documents are on file in the office of the Zoning Board of Adjustment at the Town of Secaucus, New Jersey, and are available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, during normal business hours, except holidays. Any interested party may appear at the aforesaid hearing, either in person or by their attorney, and be given an opportunity to be heard with respect to the application.
