PUBLIC NOTICE OF MAY 28, 2026, MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE RIVERSOUTH AUTHORITY Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the RiverSouth Authority will be held on Thursday, May 28, 2026, commencing at 3:00 p.m. at the Downtown Columbus, Inc. office located at 150 S. Front St., Suite 210, Columbus, OH 43215. The purposes of the meeting are to consider expenditure of Authority funds for improvement of real property, to consider resolutions regarding bond financings for the Dorrian Green garage and the Lazarus building, to consider a resolution approving a remote meeting policy and to consider any other business as may properly come before the Board of Trustees.
