PUBLIC NOTICE OF STORM WATER DISCHARGE MG Biologics plans to submit a Notice of Intent to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources to be covered under the NPDES General Permit No. 2 "Storm Water Discharge Associated with Industrial Activity for Construction Activities". The stormwater discharge will be from MG Biologics consists of 10.66 acres of agricultural ground. Construction activities will be associated with the development of a warehouse, gravel access drives, detention pond and other civil improvements. Soil disturbing activities include clearing and grubbing, grading, construction of staging area and construction entrances/exit, excavation of utilities, and installation of erosion and sediment controls located in NW 1/4, NE 1/4 Sections 36, Township 83 North, Range 25 West, Boone County. Storm water will be discharged from 1 point source(s) and will be discharged to the following streams: Walnut Creek. Comments may be submitted to the Storm Water Discharge Coordinator, Iowa Department of Natural Resources, Environmental Protection Division, 502 E. 9th Street, Des Moines, IA 50319-0034.
