PUBLIC NOTICE OF STORM WATER DISCHARGE Manatts Inc. plans to submit a Notice of Intent to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources to be covered under the NPDES General Permit No. 2 "Storm Water Discharge Associated with Industrial Activity for Construction Activities". The stormwater discharge will be from reconstruction of a runway located in NE1/4, Sec.6-T79N-R23W and the SE1/4 & NE1/4 of Sec.31-T80N-R23W all within Polk County, Iowa. Storm water will be discharged from multiple point source(s) and will be discharged to the following streams: unnamed tributary to Four Mile Creek, a tributary of the Des Moines River. Comments may be submitted to the Storm Water Discharge Coordinator, Iowa Department of Natural Resources, Environmental Protection Division, 502 E. 9th Street, Des Moines, IA 50319-0034.
