PUBLIC NOTICE OF STORM WATER DISCHARGE

PUBLIC NOTICE OF STORM WATER DISCHARGE Greener Pastures Farm LLC plans to submit a Notice of Intent to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources to be covered under NPDES General Permit No. 2 "Storm Water Discharges Associated with Industrial Activity for Construction Activities". The storm water discharge will be from the construction of residential home and pond. The development is located in the SE1/4 of the NE1/4, and the NE1/4 of the SE1/4 all within Section 24, Township 80 North, Range 6 West, in Johnson County. Storm water will be discharged from multiple point sources to an unnamed tributary to Sanders Creek, a tributary of the Iowa River. Comments may be submitted to the Storm Water Discharge Coordinator, Iowa Department of Natural Resources, Environmental Protection Division, 502 E. 9 th Street, Des Moines, IA 50319-0034.
