PUBLIC NOTICE OF STORM WATER DISCHARGE WALMART SUPERCENTER - WAUKEE plans to submit a Notice of Intent to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources to be covered under the NPDES General Permit No. 2 "Storm Water Discharge Associated with Industrial Activity for Construction Activities". The stormwater discharge will be from CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES located in SOUTHWEST QUARTER, SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 79 N, RANGE 26 W, POLK COUNTY, NE CORNER ALICE'S RD AND HICKMAN RD. Storm water will be discharged from 2 point source(s) and will be discharged to the following streams: LITTLE WALNUT CREEK. Comments may be submitted to the Storm Water Discharge Coordinator, Iowa Department of Natural Resources, Environmental Protection Division, 6200 PARK AVE, SUITE 200, DES MOINES, IA 50231.
