PUBLIC NOTICE OF STORM WATER DISCHARGE CLK Lawncare and Landscaping plans to submit a Notice of Intent to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources to be covered under the NPDES General Permit No. 2 "Storm Water Discharge Associated with Industrial Activity for Construction Activities". The stormwater discharge will be from Construction of Les Schwab Tire Center located in NE 1/4 Sec. 7 T-80-N R-23-W in Polk County.. Storm water will be discharged from Multiple point source(s) and will be discharged to the following streams: Upper Fourmile River. Comments may be submitted to the Storm Water Discharge Coordinator, Iowa Department of Natural Resources, Environmental Protection Division, 502 E Ninth St DSM, IA.
