PUBLIC NOTICE OF STORM WATER DISCHARGE RW Excavating Solutions, LC plans to submit a Notice of Intent to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources to be covered under the NPDES General Permit No. 2 "Storm Water Discharge Associated with Industrial Activity for Construction Activities". The stormwater discharge will be from phased relocation of a portion of Carlisle Road, shifting the existing gravel road approximately 80 feet north. The work also includes demolition of the existing relocated road segment, earthwork, tree planting, removal and replacement of fencing, including all necessary materials, equipment, labor, miscellaneous associated work, removals, and cleanup, all in accordance with the contract documents located in SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 07 Township 78 North Range 23 West . Storm water will be discharged from 1 point source(s) and will be discharged to the following streams: Des Moines River . Comments may be submitted to the Storm Water Discharge Coordinator, Iowa Department of Natural Resources, Environmental Protection Division, 6200 Park Avenue, Suite 200, Des Moines, IA 50321.
