PUBLIC NOTICE OF STORMWATER DISCHARGE

PUBLIC NOTICE OF STORMWATER DISCHARGE City of Waukee plans to submit a Notice of Intent (NOI) to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources to be covered under National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Stormwater General Permit No. 2 - Storm Water Discharge Associated with Industrial Activity for Construction Activities. The stormwater discharge will be from construction activities associated with pond construction including grading and utilities. The stormwater discharge will be located in NE 1/4 and SE 1/4, Section 6, Township 78N, Range 26W, Dallas County; generally west of Ute Ave from Westown Pkwy to 310th St. Stormwater will be discharged to the following receiving streams: Unnamed tributary to Sugar Creek.
