Public Notice - Polk State College WAD Building Envelope & Roof Henkelman Construction, Inc, on behalf of Polk State College, is currently accepting letters of interest and pre-qualifying any firm who wishes to submit a proposal for the Polk State College WAD Building Envelope Restoration & Roof Project. The project involves the restoration of building envelope and roof replacement of the WAD Building - Adminstration & Student Services / Financial Aid at Polk State College Winter Haven Campus. 999 Avenue H NE, Winter Haven, FL 33881. The scope includes but is not limited to masonry, caulking, waterproofing, roofing, glass & glazing, stucco, and painting.
