Public notice re RSA 7:19-a, II(d)
Pursuant to the requirements of RSA 7:19-a, II(d), notice is hereby given that a pecuniary benefit transaction or transactions which exceed $5,000 has occurred between Friends of the Seabrook Community (FOSC) and Forrest Carter Jr/FOSC Executive Director of Programs through his position as Program Director of the Seabrook Adventure Zone, a fully grant funded position through the 21st CCLC Department of Education grant fiscally and programmatically managed by FOSC and in the estimated annual salary amount of $70,720.00 during the 2025 fiscal year. This is a salary-based grant funded position with an outlined budget accepted within the 21st CCLC grant by the NH Department of Education and FOSC to Direct the Seabrook Adventure Zone program in Seabrook, NH.
Pursuant to the requirements of RSA 7:19-a, II(d), notice is hereby given that a pecuniary benefit transaction or transactions which exceed $5,000 has occurred between Friends of the Seabrook Community (FOSC) and Owen Carter-Duffy/FOSC Board Member through his position as Assistant Director of the Seabrook Adventure Zone, a fully grant funded position through the 21st CCLC Department of Education grant fiscally and programmatically managed by FOSC and in the estimated annual salary of $52,000 during the 2025 fiscal year. This is a salary-based grant funded position with an outlined budget accepted within the 21st CCLC grant by the NH Department of Education and FOSC to coordinate the Seabrook Adventure Zone program and provide oversight of both elementary & middle school sites in Seabrook, NH.
