PUBLIC NOTICE Request for Proposal/Qualifications The Town of Cumberland & Cumberland Public Works Department is requesting Statements of Proposal/Qualifications from interested professionals for operating, financing and Construction Services for the Cumberland Public Works Building. In accordance with IC 5-23-5, the Town of Cumberland invites any and all qualified parties to submit Statements of Proposal/Qualifications, under a public-private partnership, to obtain financing, construct, and furnish the Cumberland Public Works Building project, in Cumberland, Indiana. An electronic PDF of the Statement of Proposal/Qualifications should be emailed to Ben Lipps, Town Manager at blipps@cumberland.in.gov and David Rainey, Veridus Group at drainey@veridusadvisors.com by 12:00 PM EST on February 9, 2026, in order to be considered.
