PUBLIC NOTICE - Request for Proposal RFP 2026-007 - 30-Year Land Lease for a Parcel in the South Quad for Aeronautical Development The City of Naples Airport Authority (the "Authority"), a dependent special district and political subdivision of the State of Florida (the "Authority") will receive proposals from qualified parties ("Proposers") interested in a 30-year land lease located adjacent to 500 Terminal Drive, Naples, FL 34104 in the Airport's South Quadrant ("Premises"). The Authority intends to enter into an agreement with one (1) qualified party interested in the lease and development of an exclusive-use aircraft passenger terminal, parking apron, and associated improvements on the Premises. The Authority, as the sponsor of the Airport, declares its proprietary exclusive right to sell all aviation fuels at the airport. Therefore, proposals from fixed-base operators (FBOs) shall not be considered. Request for Proposal (RFP) packages must be received by the Authority at the General Aviation Terminal, 160 Aviation Drive North, Naples, FL 34104, no later than 2:00 PM (EST) on December 5, 2025. All proposals will be publicly opened at this time and date on the 2nd Floor, Larson Conference Room. A Non-Mandatory Site Visit will be held at 10 AM (EST) on November 14, 2025, at the North Road Terminal, 500 Terminal Drive, Naples, FL 34104. The Authority adheres to the Americans with Disabilities Act and will make reasonable modifications for access to Airport services, programs, and activities.
