PUBLIC NOTICE - Request for Proposals The Plainfield Redevelopment Commission, pursuant to Indiana Code 36-7-14-22, is requesting proposals from qualified parties for the acquisition and redevelopment of a 0.8-acre property owned by the Community Development Corporation (CDC) located at 325 N. Vine Street in the Town of Plainfield, Indiana and development and construction of a high-quality residential rental townhome project that is complimentary to the existing residential and surrounding area. Proposals are due at the office of the Town of Plainfield Development Services at 206 W. Main Street, Plainfield, IN 46168 or electronically emailed to Ms. Alyssa Woolard, Economic Development Director at awoolard@townofplainfield.com on or before 5:00 pm EST on Friday, October 24th, 2025.
