PUBLIC NOTICE As requested by the Department of Environmental Protection, we do hereby give notice that Maria Fattore has submitted a Sewage Facilities Planning Module, Component 3s to Moon Township for a proposed 4-bedroom single family residence. This proposal is for the construction of a small flow treatment facility with discharge into UNT Boggs Run (WWF). The system will be used to treat the sewage from the proposed dwelling on the existing lot. The site is located on the north side of North Flaugherty Run Road, approximately 0.35 miles northwest of the intersection of Spring Run Road Extension and North Flaugherty Run Road in Moon Township, Allegheny County. The anticipated sewage flow from the facility is 500 gallons per day (1.25 Equivalent Dwelling Units). The Sewage Facilities Planning Module for this sewage treatment facility is available for public review at the Moon Township Office. Comments will be accepted for thirty (30) days following the date of this public notice and may be sent to Moon Township, 1000 Beaver Grade Road, Moon Township, PA 15108. September 30 2025 LSOM0377725
