Public Notice NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 16, 2025 @ 3:00 pm or shortly thereafter in Okaloosa County Administration Building, 1250 Eglin Parkway N, Shalimar, FL 32579, a public hearing was held before the Board of County Commissioners of Okaloosa County, Florida, at the request of Gavin Wolff, representative for Tracy Acree Construction, Inc., to consider a resolution to vacate that portion of the east-west alleyway lying in Block 85 Townsite of Port Dixie, being platted right-of-way and more specifically described as: The North one-half (1/2) of the 20-foot wide East-West alley in Block 85, Townsite of Port Dixie being more particularly described as follows: The North 10 feet of the East-West Alleyway lying South of and adjacent to Lots 25, 26, 27, and 28, Block 85, Townsite of Port Dixie, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Pages 64, 65, and 66 of the Public Records of Okaloosa County, FL. Also included is the westerly extended North 10 feet of the alleyway lying in the East 20 feet of 3rd Street. The vacated area measures 10 feet X 140 feet.
