PUBLIC NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Sarah Peralta, Applicant and Owner, has applied to the Pennsauken Township Planning Board for Change of Use approval with associated Submission Waivers in order to operate an accounting and tax preparation office in the C-1 Commercial Zone.
The property consists of a one-story building unit containing approximately 1,500 square feet, formerly occupied by a dry cleaner but vacant for a number of years. No site improvements are proposed at this time. Variances and waivers requested include, but may not be limited to, parking, landscaping, lighting, and signage, as more fully set forth in the application.
On property located at: 7459 Maple Avenue, Pennsauken, New Jersey 08109 and more specifically known as Block 4210, Lot 4.
A public hearing on this application will be held before the Pennsauken Township Planning Board on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at 6:30 PM in the Pennsauken Municipal Building, 5605 N. Crescent Boulevard, Pennsauken, NJ 08110, at which time you may appear either in person or by attorney and present objections you may have to this Application.
The application and plans are available for examination in the Planning and Zoning Office, 5605 N. Crescent Blvd., Pennsauken, New Jersey 08110, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday to Friday. This notice is being given in accordance with the requirements of the Pennsauken Township Ordinances and the Municipal Land Use Law, N.J.S.A. 40:55D et seq.
Further take notice that said Planning Board may, at its discretion, adjourn, postpone, or continue the said hearing from time to time, and you are hereby notified that you should make diligent inquiry of the Planning Board Secretary concerning such adjournments, postponements, or continuations.
