PUBLIC NOTICE PLEASE BE ADVISED that on October 16, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at the Buena Vista Township Municipal Building, 890 Harding Highway, Buena, County of Atlantic in the State of New Jersey, the Planning/Zoning Board will hold a public hearing on the application of Solar Mounts LLC at which time and place all interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard. The property is located at 482 Tuckahoe Road in the RDR1 zoning district and is known as Block 5801 Lot 24.02. The applicant is seeking an approval for a "D" use variance to use the property for commercial and light industrial operations associated with solar racking and carport systems, with a request for a waiver of a new Site Plan since an approved Site Plan already exists and there are no exterior proposed changes to the site. The applicant also requests any and all variances and waivers that may be required by the Board. A copy of said application and related documents are on file in the Office of the Secretary of the Planning & Zoning Board and may be reviewed by all interested parties prior to the meeting.
