PUBLIC NOTICE
Please take notice that Matthew and Kristel Wister (collectively, the "Applicant") have filed an application for development with the Township of Waterford Joint Land Use Board ("Board") regarding real property located at 558 and 562 Old White Horse Pike and designated as block 2503, lots 2 and 3 on the municipal tax map. Both lots are located in the RR zoning district and currently improved with single family dwellings. The Applicant seeks minor subdivision approval for a lot line adjustment between lots 2 and 3. Lot 3 is approximately 21,779 square feet and has 118.74 feet of frontage on Old White Horse Pike. Lot 2 is 71,496 square feet and has 175 feet of frontage on Old White Horse Pike. Lot 2 backs up to Burnt Mill Road and wraps around the rear of Lot 3. The proposed lot line adjustment will transfer a portion of Lot 2 to the rear of Lot 3, resulting in an enlargement of Lot 3. No new lot will be created by the proposed subdivision.
The Applicant does not require any known variances in connection with this application.
The Applicant does, however, request any variances, submission waivers, exceptions, design waivers, de minimis exceptions, interpretations, modifications of conditions of prior approvals, continuation of any preexisting non-conforming conditions, conditional use approval, other approvals reflected on the plans (as same may be further amended or revised from time to time without further notice) as may be determined to be necessary during the review and processing of the application by the Planning Board and its professional staff, and permits requested or required by the Planning Board at the public hearing.
This application shall be considered by the Board on October 20, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in-person in the Waterford Township Municipal Building, 2131 Auburn Avenue, Atco, New Jersey, at which time you may appear either in person or through an attorney and present any objection that you may have to the granting of this application. A copy of the application and supporting documentation is on file in the Board's offices located at Waterford Township Municipal Building, Department of Joint Land Use Board Administration, 2131 Auburn Avenue, Atco, New Jersey and is available for public inspection during regular business days and hours. It is recommended that any interested party contact the Township Administrative Officer and Secretary, Debra Shaw-Blemings, either by telephone at (856) 768-2300 extension 273 or by e-mail at planning@waterfordtwp.org regarding questions that you may have about this application. The application may be adjourned to another date without further notice to you and you are advised to contact the Board office in order to confirm the date and time of the hearing.
