Public Notice Notice is hereby given that the County of Bucks is requesting quotes for our recently awarded School-to-Work Grant to create and manage the Dental Assistant Pre-Apprenticeship Program. The pre-apprenticeship model will include the three Bucks County Career and Technical Centers (CTCs): Bucks County Technical High School (BCTHS), Middle Bucks Institute of Technology (MBIT), and Upper Bucks County Technical School (UBCTS). Two pre-apprenticeship cohorts are planned during the two-year grant period, scheduled for January 2026 and January 2027. The Dental Assisting Pre-Apprenticeship (Pre-RAP) will align with District 1199C's Dental Assistant Registered Apprenticeship Program RAPIDS Code 0101HY. The contract will begin around November 1, 2025, and run until May 31, 2027, with a possible extension of up to 12 months if needed. Proposals will be promptly reviewed and awarded prior to October 31, with an expected start date of November 1, 2025.
