PUBLIC NOTICE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL LIQUOR LICENSE TRANSFER POINT PLEASANT BOROUGH Public Notice: IDLE HOUR GROUP LLC LEGAL NOTICE LIQUOR LICENSE PERSON to PERSON TRANSFER APPLICATION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that IDLE HOUR GROUP LLC, a New Jersey Limited Liability Company, has applied to the Director, Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control and Point Pleasant Borough for a person-to-person approval for the transfer of Alcoholic Beverage Plenary Retail Consumption License Number 1524-33-002-009 (the "Liquor License") from IDLE HOUR LLC, a New Jersey Limited Liability Company with a mailing address of 2600 NJ-88, Point Pleasant Borough, New Jersey 08742. The application includes a person to person transfer of the license for the premises located at 2600 NJ-88, Point Pleasant Borough, New Jersey 08742. The applicant also intends to engage in the retail sale of alcoholic beverages as authorized under its license at 2600 NJ-88, Point Pleasant Borough, New Jersey 08742. The Members and Officers of the Purchaser (IDLE HOUR GROUP LLC) are Adam Musgrave, 41 Robbins Street, Brick NJ 08742 and Christopher Marvel, 114 Ash Street, Union Beach, NJ 07735.
