Public Notice Hamilton Southeastern Schools (13485 Cumberland Rd, Fishers, IN) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of Construction Stormwater General Permit to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with Hamilton Southeastern Schools Tennis Courts, located in Fishers, Hamilton County, Indiana. More specifically, the project is located at 13000 Promise Road, part of the NE Quarter, Section 28, Township 18N, Range 5E. Sand Creek will receive run-off from the project site.
