Public Notice Please take notice that the co-administrators for the Succession of Judy Alice Dupre Lapeyrouse, Richard Lyons, Jr. and Jeffrey Lyons, hereby give Notice of their intent to accept a settlement offer from Lester Lapeyrouse and the Estate of Dean Christopher Lapeyrouse for $49,278.87, to fully and finally resolve all claims between the Estate of Judy Alice Dupre Lapeyrouse, Probate No. 25752, Division "D" in the 32nd Judicial District Court, Terrebonne Parish, State of Louisiana, the Estate of Dean Christopher Lapeyrouse, Probate No. 26100, Division "D" in the 32nd Judicial District Court, Terrebonne Parish, State of Louisiana, and such a settlement will include a mutual release of Richard Lyons, Jr., Jeffrey Lyons, and Lester Lapeyrouse in their individual capacities for their acts involving the property for the Estate of Judy Alice Dupre Lapeyrouse and Estate of Dean Christopher Lapeyrouse. The co-administrators for the Succession of Judy Alice Dupre Lapeyrouse will be seeking a court order approving the settlement at least seven (7) days from the date of this notice's publication Interested parties are advised to take note of this timeline and may wish to consult with legal counsel regarding their rights and any actions they may wish to take in response to this notice.
